The reason I’m a “fractional” CTO is to avoid the traditional corporate grind. I work a flexible schedule around my family’s needs. (This is a big reason why I started my business.) Outlined below is my typical work schedule:

• Weekdays 9:00am – 3:30pm
  • Note: I operate in the Eastern Time Zone
• Communication – 24 hour response on weekdays
• Day-to-Day Operations/ Trouble tickets – 24 – 48 hours
• System Set Ups – 1 – 4 weeks depending on complexity
